PBE update doesnt work on my client

So i dont know where else i should post this thread but I have a really annoying issue with my pbe client which is that it just doesnt want to update. When i open the client the message 'restart now' (under that update notification) appears and it doesnt matter if i click or it or not; it just completely disapears and nothing happens. After i log in i cant open nor join a lobby. I tried to switch the servers but the only thing that happens is that its loading for an half our without updating the client. So im basically pretty much stuck with it and when i close the client the cycle will just restart again. Note: I already posted this issue on the PBE forum but i havent gotten any response so i just hope that anyone here can help me out. Any kind of help would be appreciated.
