Stuck in infinite restart loop

Hello,

I played few ARAM games and closed game client. Everything worked fine until I launched it again just now. The client said in needs an update and after that I am stuck in an infinite loop of "Restart needed to apply update". I cannot even initiate full repair. Any suggestion what can I do to fix this without full reinstall?

Tried running as administrator, no effect. Added --disable-patching parameter in the shortcut to do full repair. After full repair, removed parameters from shortcut and now stuck in infinite repair-restart loop. Happened also to me, in 2 different computers with different OS. The only thing that worked for me was uninstalling and installing the game again. But the next day starts failing again, im not in the mood to uninstall the game everytime i want to play...

I dont know if anyone reads this but, the answer to the problem its just patience. When you are in the restart countdown just wait the 10 seconds, dont restart it yourself. Then when the infinite bar with no numbers just wait and when it says 38.2mb of 38.5mb and it seems its stuck or it says ETA 1 minute and lasts 5, doesnt matter, just wait. It will be patched. If you close it or restart it its the infinite loop of nothing happening, if you wait between 5 and 10 minutes it solves. And happens once or 2 in a week at most. I know this isnt the best solution, but it works with 2 different SOs. I hope it can help someone
