Certain VOD doesn't count towards the Watch & Earn mission progress

LCS Week 4–Monday, June 24 GGS vs TSM VOD doesn't count towards the Watch & Earn mission progress. Tried on 4 different accounts, 2 different browsers, no AD blocks, cleared cookies and cache between attempts.
