While 17th Daily had similar issue, 21st has it worse. To see an "Arena event" you have either play a "game of dodge" and get penalty or pray RNGesus to see the arena. Getting 35 assists in Nexus Blitz can be a matter of single match. If you are planing to do more similar quests in upcoming days, please, reconsider changing the requirement to be "of a choice" rather than "of a luck". Thank you for understanding.

Yes, that is correct. URF doesn't count, tested that one.
this mission is totally a mess.. tbh :\
It also has the option of 35 assists. So it's either you get lucky before like 3 or 4 games, or you get 35 assists. Either way you get the reward. Most of my matches are done within 20 minutes. So I estimate 1hr-1.5hrs to get it (depending on wait times).
You can also play regular games and rack up the assist in like two games and great supporting [sona-playing]
