[CLIENT] A player has left the queue message persists

Join any match

If a player declines/ is afk/ leaves during champion selection a message is displayed in the launcher stating that a player has left he game.

In situations where there are many queue dodgers or afks, you will click to accept many games and subsequently receive many of those messages.

These message will still be displayed after any match you enter has ended.

As they are not valid any longer and long expired, it is strange to find them there.
