Mouse button hotkeys tab me out

So I have my item 5 and 6 slots on my mouse cuz thats easier to reach but recently that has been tabbing me out when i use them. Any idea the cause and or fix? Im used to having zhonyas in the same spot every game so its really ruining me lol
