Chat Bugged

Ever since the Global Event started i have had and have seen many people complain about the following chat related bugs:

1. Chats with friends will make the noise and flash yellow but the text will not load
2. Text you type to friends in messages wont show on your side
3. Pre game lobby: text you enter wont show on your side
4. Pre-game lobby: text other people enter wont show, itll just make the etxt input noise
5. match found progress bar- instead of showing the 10 placeholders and their corresponding blue/red light for whether peopel accepted or declined; it only shows the far left one and not the other 9

re-starting client will sometimes temporarily fix the issue, but these issues are recurring
