The Launcher/Patch is not working at all

I am trying to download the patch, the first time I got to 25% the second time I got nothing. The third time it is at 33pct it's like the launcher/patch is not connecting to my internet, but my internet is working fine with everything else. Somebody please help! I spend too much money on this game not to be able to play it.
