urf games crashing

me and my friend were playing games of urf, we played one game and it worked perfectly, but then we tried playing 3 more games but all of them crashed. we just saw this image below, and when we tried to reconnect it just showed a completely black screen then sent us back to the home page of the client a couple minutes after, as if the match never happened. our voice chat was working fine throughout the whole thing though
