Lissandra's new passive tooltip and patch notes are incorrect

The patch notes (and last time I checked the tooltip, too) state that her passive is triggered whenever "an enemy dies near Lissandra", instead of "an enemy champion near Lissandra". Of course it is quite obvious that it would only trigger on champions (As it would be quite busted otherwise), but the fact that this tooltip is incorrect does muddy the clarity of other tooltips.

For those who are wondering what's wrong with it still, "an enemy" usually indicates it also triggers on minions.
