[Gameplay] Malzahar DoT goes on cooldown without having any effect - video proof!

If you cast Malzahar's E (DoT) on a minion just as it dies from some other source, a) the ability will go on cooldown, b) it will not spend any mana, c) the DoT will not spread to any other nearby targets. I suspect the cause of this is that the "going on cooldown" part somehow doesn't line up with the "actually consuming mana and having an effect" part. This bug seems to happen at least once in every Malz game, and it's very annoying. Please fix it!
