Cannot Click Through Minimap to Move When Movement is Turned Off

I'll start off saying that I haven't tested this with the minimap on the right, but since I play with my minimap on the left side, this has become apparent in quite a few games over the years. I thought it was just something I was missing in the settings, but I haven't found anything.

I keep minimap movement off, because, as my minimap is on the left side of the screen, I don't want to run towards the enemy while moving my mouse towards the edge of the screen. Unfortunately, this makes the minimap a sort of dead zone, where clicks don't register at all. I know I should be practicing keeping my mouse as close to my character as possible, but when I want to do basically one thing--move away from the enemy--I sometimes will end up doing nothing, because I'm clicking the minimap.

Oddly enough, if you click past the minimap to the very edge of the screen, your clicks are registered as movement.

Basically what I'm requesting is that, when movement through minimap is turned off, make the minimap "transparent" to your mouse clicks, as though it doesn't exist.

I apologize for the video, I didn't realize the borders were being clipped off. I'll get a better recording asap.

I have the same problem, i would be very happy with a "click through minimap option", additionally to the "ignore minimap movement".

Sometimes you just wanna have your champion be in the bottom left corner of the screen and see whats going on, on the other side. With "click through minimap" that gives you a lot more space.

Riot please implement that option asap!
