Black Screen on Login [CLIENT]

So I haven't been able to log into League for a few days now. I've looked online and tried everything they say to do, but to no avail. It started out as me not being able to access the Shop, but now I can't even log into the Client anymore.

I've turned off my anti-virus, changed the resolution, deleted the adobe folder in the RAIDs folder in the League of Legends folder, I've completely disabled my firewall, I've repaired multiple times, I've re-downloaded and re-installed League, I've updated everything I could think of, I've installed adobe everything. and I've even waited things out hoping for the best.

Currently there's no known way to reproduce this bug other than just clicking the "launch" button on the main page. After that, the border loads, but the log-in screen is black. There is no music playing, either.

If there's anything anyone can do to help me figure this out I'd be very much appreciative of it. I'll also provide necessary information.
