[client] Client lags or freezes frequently then resumes function.

Steps to Reproduce: 1.) use the client.

frequently since the last patch ive noticed a number of instances where the client will freeze up for a small period of time, the window will flash go wonky and then resume function as normal. when it freezes no button or option inside the client works. small problem though it be i thought it best to report it as a bug.
