[Gameplay] Skills Disabled after Reconnecting from a DC

I was playing a game as cho'gath earlier and suffering a big dose of lag. so i decided to disconnect from my wireless and reconnect to see if that would help. when i reconnected and got going again i noticed my skills were greyed out and only the passive portion of my E still functioned. so i closed the game window and reconnected. which fixed the problem. but i thought that i should still report the bug.

Lag vs Leblanc is no fun but having no skills is even less fun.
