8/6/15 Summoners Rift Bug?

Playing on summoners rift this morning and I became irked when all the sudden i couldnt move or cast skills. the enemy seemed to be able to move and cast just fine. as were some of my allies. i checked my ping and connection. both were fine. further on in the game i actually got a disconnect notice when this happened. again same thing everyone else was moving just fine. i was even capable of taking damage during this time. checked ping and connection again. both fine. nothing explains this. so im posting here in order to find out whats up.
