Riot please at least try to fix the flippin Dark Harvest game freeze bug

I just had the DH game freeze bug (where your game completely freezes your pc when you prc dh) happen to me AGAIN. I was carrying our team and we lost before we could restart my pc and reconnect (even though we were ahead in objectives before i froze)

I got the bug after killing Xerath around the 19 min marker. You can clearly see how the enemy team got almost all their objectives as a result of this bug.
