[Client] Strange Client Bug.

So I had a very strange bug just now. I have no idea what caused it or why and I have no idea if it is even a big deal. Here is a log of everything that just happened in order.

I was going through champ select, banned zed sej and riven, enemy banned cho and 2 other things I can't remember. I first picked ez mid for runeglaive nonsense. After this I sat and waited some for the enemy to pick, then suddenly I saw both the enemy champs locked in. I then realized the timer wasn't counting down but sound was playing, when I moved my mouse it instantly caught up visually. I checked some other buttons on my screen and determined it was JUST the league client that was doing this, nothing else. I basically determined that when i stopped moving my mouse the client kinda sorta froze visually even though everything was still working, and i could click and type just fine. When i moved my mouse it worked just fine, but i had to constantly move my mouse. A little popup came up that said gyazo (screen-capturing thing) had updated so i thought it might be ok, but it wasn't. Someone dodged because some guy picked teemo and said he was going to feed (at least i assume that is why) so i hoped the problem would be gone. It wasn't, the problem persisted out of champ select and i declined the next champ select to restart my client. the decline bugged out and i was sitting there with the popup that says you declined champ select but there was no red guy and no other blue guys came up after so i just forced league to close. Reloaded league and everything seems fine, haven't gone into another champ select yet though.

It doesn't seem like it's all that gamebreaking, I have no idea if the problem would have persisted in game because I never got there. I have no idea why it even happened. Here is a bug report because of everything that happened.
