Skarner Plays Ult Audio on Canceled Ult

This bug was supposed to have been fixed a long time ago. It's still there.

For those unfamiliar with this bug, let me give you a quick run-down. Skarner's ult has a short cast time. Within this time, the target of the ult is rooted (now that I think about it, I haven't been noticing this as much either). If, however, the target has casted a movement spell such as Flash or Vayne's Tumble (Q) and leaves the Skarner ult range, Skarner's ult cancels and does not go on cooldown. However, it still plays the audio for a successful ult, which makes it quite confusing.

This bug was supposed to have been fixed back during the Skarner rework so that upon a canceled ulti, the audio would not play, for clarity. However, the bug is currently in LoL.
