Runes selection in champ select [New Client]

When in champ select, I tried selecting my AD runes but it kept switching to my AP cdr runes. Also there is a duplicate of it covering my lethality page. When trying to select either of them it always switched to my first rune page(ap cdr). But I could select all other pages except for the duplicates and the one covered. First time this occurred I thought it was just some weird bug from keeping my client for a long time. After the game, I reset my client and rearranged my runes. Same rune page locations were bugged in champ select.
