Champ Select Timer Stuck at 0

The timer on Thresh was stuck at 0 for around 2 minutes, and error messages saying 'An unknown issue has occurred, a report has been sent' popped up several times. Somehow it got unstuck, everyone was just chatting and suddenly I was kicked back to the queue screen. This is the first time that I've seen this happen.

Same thing has happened to me multiple times now causing me to involuntarily dodge and lose lp and time. This bug needs to be fixed
