Kayle Attack Speed bug

After using Kayle's E ability, if the player uses a potion, Kayle will lose a good portion of her attack speed.

It happened to me in a game when I was jungling last night. I thought maybe Gromp was doing it, but I left combat and tried it again. Went from 1.44 attacks per second to 1.11 after using the potion.

May go test this again right now.
