First of all, this shouldn't even be tied to Hextech loot with the exception of using Hextech crafting to get the Champion Masteries.

Second of all, I'm tired of getting non-stop toxic games and then being punished because I said some things to defend myself or even some things I said in jest but was taken completely out of context.

Third of all, Riot is the ONLY big name game developer who actively tries to get players to not want to play their game.

Im not too sure how champion token work, but from what i read they arent tied to hextech, you only get them when you get an S with that champion who is level 5-6. if anything it might be a bug, again though im not too sure.

As for your second part. its hard to say when a lot of people have different definition of "defending yourself". But from what ive seen as long as your arent being toxic back and actually defending yourself (which should really only mean muting the person and report them after the game) then nothing bad should happen. But for the most part when people say they were just defending themselves when they show their chatlogs they are basically being toxic towards the person who was toxic first, which doesnt solve anything and just shows two toxic people in the game.

For your third point you really should list example if you are going to call them out like that. Been playing this game for possibly over 6 years, and i can say they have yet to actively not want me to play their game. Ive been enjoying it and i dont really see how they trying to get people to not want to play. Again list example because at least to me this doesnt make sense.

Riot is nerds, "Oh you should just ignore them and mute them", but you should stand up to bullying right? Riot doesnt know how to punish, i always get provoked and manupilated into swearing just because that the way i am, i use to get bullied in school, i always stood up for myself, not run to a teacher to snitch. Now i stand up for myself, and get chat ban lmao.

The emphasis on trying to babysit your playerbase has gone too far. I do not need my games to be trying to parent me. FTFY
