Why is my the IP shown when I try buying runes different than my actual IP

I keep trying to buy a Quintessence rune, but when I attempt to buy it, it says my 'current IP' is 2015 even though I have 2332

This is happening to me as well. I also posted about it, hopefully they can fix it soon.
