[GAMEPLAY] North-West Blue Tower reacquired target champion outside of range.

I noticed this while watching linked video (mild language). Beginning at 12:30, the Zac and Viktor tower dive the Hecarim. As Zac is walking away the tower is firing, and at 12:40 the tower hits Zac (Figure 1). As shown in Figure 2, the tower hits Zac at the edge of its range. Normally, when a player walks out of range between shots, the tower will drop aggro and will stop firing; one can see this occurs in the video when the "laser sight" disappears (Figure 3). However, the tower then fires another shot that slays Zac.

To test this, I recreated the circumstances in a custom game, standing in the same place with the same camera perspective as shown in Figures 4 and 5 and walked away after the second to last tower shot hit me. The tower behaved normally, and did not fire a last, killing shot towards me like what happened in the video.
