[GAMEPLAY] Bullet Time Misfire

Miss Fortune's ultimate Bullet Time is being apparently blocked by non-Braum enemies who stand immediately in front of Miss Fortune causing the bullet animation to disappear. She still laughs and moves her guns accordingly but the ultimate fails after that point. It has happened to me twice under different circumstances so I'm not certain what is causing it but it would be good to look into this before her VU.
