[GAMEPLAY] Thresh lantern causing lag

A Thresh on the opposing team using Dark Passage near my location always creates a large lag spike, sometimes freezing the game entirely for a few seconds. I've seen this happen for a few weeks but recently people are using it maliciously to lag out enemy players and get free kills. It is not a connection issue because I used multiple connections effectively where this was the only problem to the flow of gameplay.
