[GAMEPLAY] Game freeze

I was playing in solo queue and suddenly all animations stopped. Every few seconds a player would appear in a new location with an updated health bar but there were no animations at all. I closed the game, disconnected internet, reconnected, and the same thing continued. I'm using an Ethernet connection, I normally get 40-60 ping.
