[CLIENT] Wont Start Except

The client wont start when I click on it except the second time.

I double click it once and wait......and wait...nothing happens, but checking processes it should be running.

I double click it again, then I get an error box saying the program is already running, and click Ok to terminate the other run.....and THEN it starts.

This started maybe 1 week ago I think.

I have Win 7 Professional OS.
