[GAMEPLAY] poppy q not dealing max health damage to super minions

pretty much title. just played a game on snow faun poppy (doubt skin matters, but still) and my q was only dealing 120 damage to super minions- that being its base damage. makes playing from behind really rough.

reproduction should be easy enough. hope this gets fixed soon!
