THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING RIOT PLEASE READ MAJOR BUG

IT HAS BEEN SINCE patch 5.22 i have had no border and cant see splash arts a few people i no are having this issue !riot havent even put any updates on whats going on to be honest i worked hard to get my banner and i cant even see it ...... this is a major problem for me any update or anything ?
