i cannot see my border or splash arts when loading into the game please comment if you have this problem its been since patch 5.22 its really bloody annoying !

It appears to be happening to a decent chunk of people sadly.

yes but i want my splash arts i hope riot do fix this because i cant see my border and most of all splash arts its really really annoying now ! keep getting the same ticket that were get back with your request
