since 5.22 i havent been able to see my splash arts OR BORDER ITS A JOKE riot NO UPDATE OR ANYTHING

since patch 5.22 i havent been able to see my splash arts and border ! you havent updated no one and ALOT of people are having this problem an update would be nice to no whats going on BECAUSE if its not fixed im simply not buying any more skins or spending my money on the game ! how hard is it to look at the files you changed in patch 5.22 and tell us what is going on
