rank game didn't count

So I did a ranked game and I got 19lp, but the points stayed the same at 91 points. And I played jinx, and before that I had played jinx in ranked 8 times... and after the game it remained at 8. I'm not sure if this is my own mistake or some bug, can someone tell me more about this?
