Loading screen error..

I get this logging screen error from time to time whenever I play, I have to wait until the game starts to get it fixed, right now just happened while launching a practice tool match.

My specifications are: 16GB Ram i7-4970 3.60Ghz G-force Gtx 750 Ti 2GB

I would like to know why this happens cuz most of the times happens when I launch ranked games..
