Low Priority Q Bug, Keep getting Sent back Into the Q

Hi,

On Riots official FAQ website regarding Low Prioty Q, they CLEARLY state that when in Champ select, if YOU leave, you will be placed back in the Q. They also clearly state in the FAQ that if ANOTHER player leaves champ select you will NOT be placed in Q.

This is FALSE. I am in low priority Q, and for the 3rd time in a row, another player left champ select and I was placed back in the 20 minute wait Q.... Now waiting a full HOUR to get into a game and being punished 3 times in a row for OTHER players leaving champ select.

RIOT, UPDATE YOUR FAQ AND STOP LIEING TO YOUR PLAYERS OR FIX THIS BUG.

I'm pretty pissed off about this one as I've wasted an entire hour "waiting" for other players leaving champ select..... FIX IT.

I also requested help/support with this issue if anyone from riot/tech is reading this. REQUEST #23786311
