Runic Armor still doesn't work with Iron Man (but Windspeaker's Blessing does)

Was this bug just forgotten, or is it being worked on? CertainlyT mentioned it should work a while ago on a thread. This was shortly after the preseason patch (far before this last patch came out).

Go in a game with Mordekaiser and see for yourself. Start E and use it on the two golems when they spawn. Write down the amount of shield you get (to make things easier, walk up to a tower first to kill your 25% base shield). Your shield generation will be increased with Windspeaker's Blessing, but not with Runic Armor.
