Spectating a non-blind pick match bug

This bug has been here since Dynamic Queue was introduced, which changed the way (obviously) how Draft Mode matches look. When you try to spectate someone's game that is Draft Pick and HAS NOT REACHED 3:30, you will be brought to a solid black screen, instead of the usual (blind pick) screen that shows the champs chosen for both teams and their portraits, etc.
