How to reproduce: 1.Play Sivir with an ally and an enemy with Thunderlord 2.Stay close to your ally 3.Make the enemy proc thunderlord on the ally with your shield on 4.Get damages even with the shield up

an easy way to test this would be with Morgannas Pool

It blocks abilities just fine, but since it's damage from a mastery it may be coded differently. Like it wouldn't trigger Rylai's or Liandry's.
