[GAMEPLAY] Surrender vote grayed out and did not display votes

In game, when the Surrender Vote came up and the players were voting, the Surrender Vote suddenly stopped displaying the votes, all of them turning grey as pictured.

This bug has occurred on previous patches with either the vote "lights" turning off or never appearing in the first place.

it happens when a player joins back into a game when the surrender vote is up. it is a bug but not the biggest bug in the world. though they might fix it
