Game Client - Join Queue Loading Stall

Hey there - Ever since the last patch, when I click "accept" to go into the champion select room, my client blacks out or freezes and DOES NOT LOAD.

I keep getting several "fail to join queue" penalties to the point where I'm watching more Youtube than I am playing League just to join a game!!

I work really hard to be a positive and helpful member of the community and have the honors to show for it so receiving penalties I didn't earn is really unfair.

Please help!

To generate the bug is a simple process

I go into any game mode for classic - I haven't tried the others - 5v5. I wait for a game to begin and then click "Accept." This is when the bug occurs more often than not.

Also many times when the game begins, it fails to connect to the server. I can overcome this by refusing to retry and using the manual "reconnect" button.
