After riftwalking then casting E Kassadin ALWAYS casts force pulse in the wrong direction. (only when smart casted)

Yeah, riot, please fix. It basically casts your E in the direction you were before you rift walk. You have to wait to press E after the animation is complete, which is annoying when you're trying to burst someone down really quick.
