Client does not display a list of champions after the 5 ban phase

I experienced this odd bug in the normal draft, just after the 5 ban phase had finished. I was the first to pick but, as the animation of the end of the ban phase completed, it was not replaced by a list of champions to choose from. I looked for the button with the arrow that minimizes and maximizes the champion list, but it was not there either. It was just the background without anything other than my runes and masteries.

Must be a bug with the 5 ban que. I've never had this happen elsewhere.
