Ward Tooltip No Longer Has Summoner Name

I've played this game since early season 2. For about 7.5 of those seasons we could click on a ward and see who placed it. Randomly, several months ago, that information disappeared. It is really useful to be able to click on a ward and see if it's mine or not (especially when it's pink). It wastes time and energy to try and remember if that pink is the one I placed or the one that was replaced by my team.

Please fix this bug that has been making summoners fight the game a little too long! Thank you. :)
