[CLIENT] Rune pages not loading when I log in

It's the fourth time I've experienced this bug so far,

I log on to league, queue up for a game (ranked usually), and when I go to select my runes, I only have the default. When I don't have every page created, I can however make a new one. The last 2 times I've had this bug, my pages were at 20/20 (despite not loading) so I couldn't create a new page and had to use default pages (especially crippling as a support since none are good), or dodge.

Can you please at least give us a default editable page in the 5 default rune pages so this isn't an issue ever, and if not at least look into this and check the rune pages are loaded or keep trying until they are when you log in?

This is frustrating
