Report Function Broken?

Has anyone else noticed the report function is no longer working? Been dealing with a lot of griefing, and racism in games, and I've been trying to report it, but apparently the function is broken.

Several AFKs, lots of toxicity, and two people reported days ago who have played games within the last few hours, one of which has named themselves after an extremely anti-Semitic book, the other's name is a racial slur written backwards, followed by the word "backwardz".

The report function must be broken, because Riot Games and their employees would not promote griefing and blatant racism, right? They'd definitely do something about that if the report function was working.
