[Gameplay] Practice Tool "reset" function doesn't spawn both scuttle crabs

I think some details might be irrelevant for the reproducibility, but I'll list everything I did.

I started the game as Nunu on blue side, with Zombie Nunu skin. My first run was red-scuttle-mid-scuttle-blue, then I reset the game. I had Hunter's Machete and Refillable Potion. The second run was supposed to be the same, but with Hunter's Talisman and Refillable Potion instead. The scuttle spawned on bot side of the map, but not top side. There was a brief lag while I was clearing red (my first camp).

Please fix this, so I can practice my jungle paths!
