Act 3 rewards not registering....

It updated my wins with new items but not my overall wins....and it's definitely been at least two minutes after my win....

Hey Squishy.
You have to finish these objectives in order. So after you get two wins with Bilgewater items, your next set of objectives will begin to be counted.
