Club invite not showing

Was invited to a club, got the notification on mobile but cannot accept on mobile and invitation does not appear on desktop client. When trying to accept on mobile I got the error "Club Limit Reached, Sorry, somethign went wrong. Please check your connection and try again later". I left the one club that I was in (and was the owner of) but I am still not able to join the club and the invite still does not show on the client.
