[Gameplay] Kalista attack move bug (known since release)

I've created a ticket about this earlier in 2017 and created a Reddit post in early 2015 about this and there are literally more than 100 threads dating back to Kalista in her PBE state discussing how the attack move interaction is broken on her.

But in short, the bug causes Kalista to walk in range if she attack move clicks outside of her auto range. This has literally gotten me killed many times as I am an avid user of attack move click on ADCs. What baffles me is how this bug has been known in the community for more than 700 days yet it still exsists.

To reproduce this, just attack move click and hop out off AA range using attack move click. This will cause you to walk back into AA range.
